Our support system users, or customers, are having issues logging in. We have pieced together that the system isn't telling them when they are getting their username/password combination wrong. It just sits on the same screen with the spinning/loading circle leaving users confused. We cannot see any configuration errors that would cause this. Any help is greatly appreciated. The only other reported issue that may or may not be related is users saying that cannot see the images they upload. Whereas we can see the images and get invalid password messages for ourselves.
