Setting Planned Start/End throws error

Hi,

I am having trouble configuring Using Gantt Charts 3.1.8-JIRA6

I get the following error when I try to edit an issue planned start or planned end fields via Gantt charts view. Error: Cannot update issue WEBPRIV-1 Field 'Planned Start(customfield_10012)' cannot be set. It is not on the appropriate screen, or unknown. Please ensure, that you can edit this field(s) using JIRA natively (let your JIRA administrator check permissions and edit screens). Let me know what I need to do to fix this. What screens/permissions must I edit and how?

Well, you do what it says on the message.  Go to the issue WEBPRIV-1 and try editing it - do you see the "planned start" field?

If not, then you'll need to get it added - try the "where's my field" option to see why it's not appearing.
