Scheduler ProWhen I create jobs, I get internet connection error

For JIRA 6 when i trry to create a job, it gives me internet connection error? Why is this?

The answer for this is, If you have your SMTP server set then it needs to be working properly otherwise it will not create schedules.

It also says page not available. I am using JIRA 6.0.6 and add-on version 3.0
