Resolved not appearing for service management project

Hi,

  For JSM project, the resolved date is not appearing for one of the issue type and we have feild Resolution here and for other issue type the resolution feild is not present and I am able to see the Resolved date when status is changed to Closed.

 

How to query the issues which was resolved for issue type A and issue type B with last updated 20 days.

 

Tried to remove Resolution feild and also tried to apply post function and made Resolution as Done but still not able to see resolved.

Hi Suma

If you added the post function to set the Resolution for all workflows for all issue types (as you should), it will not automatically update all of the existing issues. You could try to export those issues into a CSV file, add a column for the Resolved Date and populate that column with a value for each issue. Then import the CSV file and see if it updates the Resolved Date. 

Try it with just one issue first so you don't go to a lot of trouble.
