Pull user login details for a specific date range from JIRA

Hi All,

I need to pull a list of users who logged in to JIRA from 1st Jan 2019 to 1st Jan 2020.

I already followed the query form MySQL in  https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/find-the-last-login-date-for-a-user-in-jira-server-363364638.html it only returned 179 records. we have 3800+ users and it is hard to believe that users who logged into JIRA is only 179. Can someone please help me with the right query.

at which jira version are you at?

Did you use the sql statement shared on the linked page or a modified version

Ver. 7.13.8 on MySQL as db.
