Hi Quentin,

This error is being caused by the build-in JIRA import functionality which Project Configurator uses to export/import issue data.  Specifically this error happens because there is an unexpected data type, an integer is expected but the value is a string. That occurs because the data is persisted incorrectly in the backup with square brackets. The workaround to skip this problem is running some updates in your source database , I let you an Atlassian article where those steps are detailed.

I hope it helps.

Regards, Joaquin

Hey Joaquin,

Thank you very much for your response, I've decided to remove the version picker using custom fields from the global custom fields list (and leaving them on the projects that are affected) as I am not using them on my project. Still, you answer might help if I ever need to export/import a project that uses version picker custom fields.

Best regards, Quentin
