Pricing differences for plugins

We have several plugins installed in our cloud environment.  The price to continue (after the free trial) is ~$500 more expensive under the "Installed Plugins" section than it is on the "Example prices" section of the marketplace.  

Anyone know why this is?  Which price is correct?

Hi Caryn,

could you give us some more information please?

  • How many users do you have in your instance you're paying for?
  • Which app are we talking about?
  • Do you pay monthly or annually? (because of the discount for annually payment)

 

So we can maybe figure this out for you and explain in detail what's happening here.

  • Let's call it 500 users.
  • There were discrepancies for several apps, but an example is below.
  • Not sure about how we pay.... I'll check with our IT guy.  Discounts are good. :)
