Plugin to notify of untouched tickets every few hours, days.

Hello,

 

Can anyone recommend a plugin or a solution for Jira to send notifications for issue not touched from within a few hours to a few days based on Service Level agreements set?

Hi Stewart,

I believe you can achieve the desired outcome by using filter subscriptions.

You create a filter for issues last updated a certain amount of time ago and configure a subscription that would send an email notification... say daily (or how often you need).
