I would like to know for Jira Server (version 7.8) - Jira Service Desk how do we enable email replies to include history.
The customer and help desk agent would like to see emails with full comment history rather than always having to login to JIRA and check .
Also is it possible without using an add-in/plugin?

This is currently not possible to configure. Looking for workarounds, I did notice that there were a few community threads and feature request on this issue. The only solution I see in them is by using the add-on: Raley Notifications for Jira. We also have a feature request were you may vote for this feature: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-2044.
