New Issue View

Yesterday, I had access the the new issue view - seeing issue details in a pop-up.  Midway through the day, the view reverted back to the old version - showing issue details in the sidebar.

How can I get back to the new issue view?

Hi Meg - thanks for the info.  I have been using the updated view since it rolled out some months ago.

The new issue view I'm referencing is this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracorecloud/the-new-jira-issue-view-938040503.html

I had it for a few hours yesterday, and then my view went back to the viewing issue details in the sidebar.  Not sure what happened, but I wanted to try the pop-up view a little longer.

They mention that it's not showing for anyone using marketplace apps, do you have any installed? 

Another thing to check would be to see if it's still enabled under Labs.

Yea, it could be that we have Marketplace apps, I'm still trying to determine that.  It's just strange that we had the new view for a little bit, and then, poof - it was gone.

In terms of Labs, I don't seem to have that option in my profile. :(
