Migrating from ServiceNow to JIRA

Hello Members,

I require to migrate a ServiceNow instance to JIRA. 

There is no requirement to run both interactively like connecting with REST API and replicating the same on JIRA.

Is there a direct way where we can migrate from SN to JIRA ?.

Not per se. You can work with an Atlassian partner like us to help you do it. You can try and do it yourself. And the simplest way is to just set up JIRA Service Desk to do what you want. Stop the creation of new issues in Servicenow and allow a natural migration to happen. This results in long term loss of historical data in SN but that’s ok for some companies.
