Alternatively you can use a third party Jira mobile which is capable of displaying your dashboards.

Mobility for Jira has included this feature for several years. Feel free to check it out:

Hi there, adding the dashboard to the mobile app will be a great help for us as we customized a bunch of filters on it. almost cannot work without the dashboard.

Although I would like to provide you a solution for this, currently, the mobile app doesn't have an option to view the dashboard and there is no release date for this feature to be implemented.

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation for this ability:
