Is there an API for the notifications within Jira?

Hi

In my custom App I want to push a notification within Jira (see screenshot). Is there an API for this? I did not find these in the api documentation.

Searching using the details you provided, I also didn't find any documentation or information about API for this type of notification.

Maybe you can use Webhooks to get this type of event to send to your app.

Thanks for your answer. I want to notify the jira user about a closed sprint (inside jira - idealy not via e-mail).

I'll post my question in the developer community.
