Is there a way to see the acceptance criteria of a User Story in preview without needing to edit it?

I usually open user stories in Preview mode to do through the details.But I cannot see the acceptance criteria in preview mode.Is there a way to include it into preview mode?

sure you can. While configuring your agile board you can add custom fields to the issue detailed view. Follow this article for more information.

Please post a screenshot of how your acceptance criteria look. And another one where would you like to see it but you cannot at the moment.
