I am refering to the following article in order to setup a robots.txt file to hide our jira site hosted as Datacenter from beeing search :

By following the procedure I understand that the robots.txt file need to be located at the Jira installation folder but must be also at the root of my jira url.
How can I publish my robots.txt file in order that it is place at the root of my domaine as :
https://<myBaseUrl>/robots.txt
What is the folder name ?
