How to do bulk move from Project A to Project B

Hi Team,

we are trying to do bulk move from Project A to Project B , unfortunately it was not working as expect , we didn't find any errors in logs , it is happening in jira
version (8.5.9),while trying to move we are getting proxy error in the browser UI , please confirm it is happening in Jira version or existing version ?

Jira version :8.5.9
Error we are getting :Fields are not retained and proxy error.

Hi @Karthika Thangavel How many issues are you moving from project A to project B?

If the no of issues are large, can you try to move them in small batches like 100-200 issues per batch.

Also, what proxy server you are using in front of your Jira? Any error code like 502, 401 etc.
