How to change the text of dashboard gadget?

I would like to change the default text of gadgets to align it the Dashboard title, for instance:

My Dashboard Title says "Service requests", how do I change the text in the gadget to show the same text, instead of Issues I would like to change it to Service requests. See screen shot.SS.png

Editing gadget titles

Hence it's currently not supported.
