How can we get data from Jira to MS Planner and vice versa?

Hey guys!

We're trying to integrate MS Planner and Jira. If a ticket is made or moved in Planner, we need it to be made/ moved in Jira. We also need it to work the other way around, i.e. if a ticket is changed/moved in Jira, it needs to be changed/moved in MS Planner. We need both unfortunately because we're using Forms to collect tickets from clients, and using power automate to put these tickets into Planner so the clients can see their tickets and track their progress; whereas my team manages tickets in Jira (which not all clients have access to). Clients have access to the Form and Planner via both web and MS Teams.

So far we're hoping to use the Jira Excel Connector plugin to get the data to excel, do some manipulating in excel then grab any changes using power automate to push to MS Planner, and vice versa.

Any direct plugin solutions / better ways to do this? Has anyone used the Jira Excel Connector for the same sorts of purposes?
