One of our users (only one) no longer has the top-level JIRA menu (Dashboards, Projects, and so on). Her dashboard is now blank, so she has no ability to look at filters and so on. She has no idea how the menu got turned off, nor can I find any way to do that. JIRA version v6.2.7#6265-sha1:91604a8
Suggestions for how to get it back?
Sounds like she's been logged out!
Start by asking her to leave JIRA in the browser, clear out cookies, close the browser, then re-start it and revisit JIRA - does that change anything?
