How can I filter by "security leval"

We would like to show a list of all issues in a project tracked by the security leval we defined.

But this "field" is no value to choose. Why not? And is there another way to get this statistic? We would like to show this results also in Confluence.

You can not search for security level via JQL. The only possible solution I can think of is that you copy the value of security level into another custom field during a transition. Then you can query the custom field.
