How can I capture user location on issue submission?

We have a drop-down on our Jira Service Desk issues that list office location.  Is there any way to automate the population of this field so the user doesn't need to do so each time they raise a request?

Is there someway to know what location should be used? Maybe based on the value of another field?

Maybe a browser preference that allows geolocation?  Good point @John Funk , there may be some grooveyscript that can pull that

Is there any other information that you are capturing from the user that could help identify the office that should be used?
