We have an account system that has been saved all the time, but the Michelle Wang account and email have been changed incorrectly. We have tried many methods, but none of them works.
Can you delete this in the database michelle.wang@smartbuyglasses.com Account number, I'll have a new one michelle.wang@smartbuyglasses.com this account.

This is the community part of the atlassian world, so we here have no access to internal systems, we are just a bunch of atlassians customers who help each other.
I suggest to contact atlassian support (Atlassian Support can be a good starting point) and file your request there.
