We create many defect tickets each day in JIRA - most of our tickets require common input to be entered in some custom fields. I am exploring a solution where the user can open a ticket using a URL where the common fields are already populated, hence saving some time on ticket creation.
I could construct the URL with all fields and inputs I need but one. I have a 2 level cascade list that I am struggling to find the code for. I managed to find the code for 1st cascade list (customfield_10707=13634) but could not find the code for the 2nd level cascade list.
Is there someone who could help on this?
