Condition (Issue type = Demand and Priority > equal to 3 )

Condition Check ( True)

Please update below comment to the Requester in the Jira Ticket :

 “Ticket acknowledged and this will be taken into planning, next planning call will be scheduled within 2 business working days"

 

Condition Check (False)

Stop and do not update any comment in Jira

 

How to implement above, any guidance pls.

There is no way to do this - the closest you could get is removing the ability to comment, but that can not be done conditionally based on a field, it would have to be done by having two different issue types.

Here demand is the only issue type 

whereas priority is a system field

Ok, so remove the ability to comment from the permissions for the project.
