Classic project templates for Jira

When I originally created a new project I was able to select from a list that included the 'classic' templates, but now these do not appear as options.  Where can I edit the available templates for new projects?

Hi Andrew,

Classic templates are not available on Jira, but we have a feature request suggesting to add this feature back:

For now, you must click on Create Project > Change to select the available templates.

Angelica, that's a big problem! I really need to use the classic templates for my new projects. I need to be able to create custom workflows, and add estimations, and use burndown charts etc. These new templates are over-simplified. It fine that you offer them, but pls allow us to use the classic Scrum templates normally as well.

We must wait for the feature request to be implemented, but we still don't know when and if it will be implemented.
For now, it's necessary to click on "Change" when creating a new project and choose the available templates.

Tnx for your reply Angélica. I was missing the admin permissions, so I was not able to change away from new-gen templates. Now that I've managed, all is back to normal :) Cheers!
