Can JIRA auto-backup at a certain time?

My JIRA version is 6.0.4, as I know I can use the services in JIRA Administration to auto-backup the JIRA. As the attachment shows, I set the delay time as 720 mins, which means JIRA will auto-backup twice per day.

But this way also has somes disadvantages, I can't control the precise time of backup. JIRA will auto-backup when I start it. If I restart the JIRA at 9:00, it will back up at 9:00 and 21:00. And the backup services will have a delay if JIRA runned for a long time. The time of backup can be 9:05, 9:10, 9:15 and so on.

Can JIRA auto-backup at a certain time? Just like the Confluence does. It can auto-backup at every day's 3:00 or 12:00 when nobody is using it.

How can I do that? Thanks very much.

The bad news is JIRA backup service cannot backup at a specific time yet.   The good news is it might exist in 6.4.

It is recommended though to use your database backup tools since it will probably be faster and more efficient on storage usage.  See the informational note in the document below.

You can then create less copies of the XML backup.
