Can I change the user listed in a work log?

I am importing our task information from Excel, and I need to update the work logs - but it only allows me to log work as myself.

Is it possible to log work as another project member - or assign a work log to another project member?

You can't do this out of the box in JIRA. Tempo plugin gives this feature.
