Automation with labels

Hi,
I am trying to do an automation with two labels (or more)

I want the automation to check if a particular label exists when adding a new label.

e.g., I want the label “resolved” to add a specific comment only if the “software access” label is applied to the ticket and a different comment if the “Hardware access” label is applied

I hope that is clear enough.
Thanks for the help

You can move the single action blocks around with the mouse :)

Every if you added was a if/else block?

Ah sorry, misunderstood.

The first If: Compare two values is just an If.

The others are one if/else block

that didn't work for me @Hauke Bruno Wollentin
