Hi people,
I want to put an automation on Jira Cloud, that when all the related issues of a JSD ticket are done, move the JSD ticket to resolved and send a standard answer to the customer.
It's possible to do that with automation? and if yes, how can I do that?

You should be able to achieve this use-case by using a rule with a transition trigger on the issues being changed, then checking if they have a related JSD issue, and finally checking if that JSD issue now has all related items Done/Closed (depending on your status) to transition the issue, or possibly add further actions.
You should be able to setup your rule something like the following, you will either need to make your rule a GLOBAL one or MULTI projects with the JSD project selected, and related issue project.
