Allow users to customize a shared Dashboard

So I want to create a Dashboard in Jira for our team that has a bunch of various gadgets on it. However, I'd like each person to be able to drag things around and reorganize where each item is if they don't like the way the template has it. Is that possible?

I know they can Copy the dsahboard and make one of their own but then they won't get any updates or changes if we make a modification to the main template, right? Any suggestions on how to do this if it's possible?

You are looking for a project shared dashboard managed by all team members? It's not possible, with the normal Jira permissions. But why not create a project-admin shared user? Everyone could use them, after sending an Information to the other members.
