I suppose you could help me :D
I'm trying out the Sum up in our DC instance.
And it is working great.
But, when I try to show the total SP's on my kanban or Scrum board, I get the errors:
"Calculation rule could not be changed. Please refresh to see the current status."
Do you (or somebody else) know what the cause could be?
My Calculation rule.
Thx in advance.
Hey @Alex Gay 👋🏼
thank you for mentioning me, and sorry for the delay in my response, but I was enjoying some vacation (and had close to no reception). :D It's hard to tell what's going wrong in the backend when you try to select the configured rule, so we need some more information from you. Could you please follow these steps:
We're waiting for your information to tackle the error! 😁🤘🏼
Best, Max
I hope you enjoyed your holiday :-)
We found the cause.
The 'Rate Limiting' is blocking this request:

But even after disabling 'rate limiting' the issue still occurs with the same error:

When I give my user (system admin) an exception in Rate Limiting, then I can add the story points on a board.
,
We don't want to give all board admins exceptions in the Rate Limiting.
Do you have another solution?

Hi @Alex Gay ,
thank you, yes I did! :) I have checked with our support team again and would ask you to create a case in our support portal for a more in-depth analysis at this point.
Best, Max
