We want to discuss about JIRA API for Automation purpose.
We are not Atlassian support, we are a community of end-users of Atlassian products.
Even if we were support, that's not how Atlassian work. You need to raise a proper support request, one that explains what the question is in full, and why you need help (given that there is a lot of documentation and help you can get from places like us at the community - why has that not answered the question?). If Atlassian then think it is worth a call, they will contact you to arrange one.
Rather than demanding Atlassian do something that they never do, you could try asking your questions here - you'll probably get a good answer a lot faster.
