My requirement is as follows (This is the real business requirement and I'm naming them as AA and BB)
On AA instance There are three projects: - Guru, PINK, and Test. On GURU there is an end user customer GGG .In another instance BB same user is working as agent (as a support team)
when GGG(as a support user/ agent) gets a ticket(# BB11) on BB (if they need to get this done by team in AA), he access AA(as portal customer) system and creates a ticket(AA1) in AA (as end user) now he need to link both tickets in each systems
I'm trying to connect 2 tickets in 2 separate. Initially i have connected these 2 systems using same account with admin rights in both side. But when I try to link issue from AA it's not having permission
in AA systems i have given the browse and link permissions as follows
AA having following permissions
BB having following permissions
how can i resolve this
