Hi @Aya AlJboor

You will have to try this via CSV Import method by preparing a file in format described here

Export existing issues/tickets from the tool and format / prepare the data for import.

You also have the option to choose Atlassian partners who can help you with migration or the add-ons

Let me know if you have further queries

Thanks, @Pramodh M

Does the CSV option support "Attachments" migration?

in this case do I have to use a plugin or there is an out of the box functionality could support the migration process?

@Aya AlJboor

Yes, it does support migration of attachments and going with add-on costs or solution partner will make sure your migration journey will be easy

Hi Aya,

Help Desk Migration is an automated SaaS that doesn't require installations and migrates attachments and custom fields via CSV file import.

You can run a free Demo migration to check out how it moves data and whether it meets your needs & expectations.
