we have a Template in which we needed to automatically fill the data of Trigger issue.

our customer wants to receive a Word Template that is filled with the triggered issue when transition is made and we needed this to only work for one project not for all the global projects.

I thought of doing this with automation like send mail notification but when created in send mail action with HTML language of that template we are not getting that in a proper format.

Do we have any option in jira to send this kind of mail.

Not be default you will require an app for actions like these.

I have used and know that Exporter for Jira is able to fulfil your request. You can use a workflow  post-function, jira automation or customers can even be allowed to export from the jsm portal
