Is there a way to just view (open in a separate pop-up screen) attachments in Service Desk issues? I don't see the need to download the reporters excel spreadsheet, on to my computer, simply to get the client's contact info.
This will usually depend on your browser configuration. On local tests, I don't need to download certain files.. If the program is installed, it will open directly there.
Can you tell which browser and OS are you using?
