unable to Export all Field from customer portal in CSV

whenever I am Exporting created tickets-->open/closed/all from CSV the CSV file captures only a Few Fields

even if I select all visible fields it captures only "reference/summary/status/service project/requester"


created date/due date/Assignee/priority not capturing in CSV Export  


need help with how to Export all Fields From the Customer Portal In CSVExport.png

Hi Syed, I took a quick look at Atlassian's Jira site.  I think I found your issue: JSDSERVER-4212 

If that's it, you can vote for and watch it for updates.
