signature format

signature is working fine for some users and some users it is not in a proper format, any advise please

We really need more information on what is happening and what you are trying to do.

  • Where is this signature?
  • is this an incoming email channel?
  • outgoing email ?
  • through a plugin/app?

Without a proper use case or more information I'm afraid we won't be able to help much.

We're going to need a lot more detail to be able to to find a solution for your issue.

  • Are these automated emails?
  • Are these regular (customer) notifications?
  • Do you have an example screenshot?
  • ....

While sending from email, JSM issue comment section it is not in correct format.
