Hii

I have a project as a service desk and I want to show the response of the API in a custom filed. For more information, I have an external database( and we don't have any access to DB) and the owner of the DB just let us use a web service on it. when I want to create an issue and fill the custom filed A and B, it should automatically fill custom filed C. Now I need help how could I do that?
