Hi all,
We have a service desk for internal issues. We want all our employees to have the ability to generate a service request from an email.
But some of our employee send requests via their personal email so we opened our service desk (customer permission as "anyone can email the service project...") but we don't want them to create an account in our Jira (it doesn't matter if they won't have access to their request via the portal, instead they will receive updates from emails).
What we want is:
- Everyone should be able to send a request (via email)
- For those without an user account, JIRA should not be able to ask them to create an account -> how can we do that?
Thanks for your return(s),
Regards
@Bastien Delourmel Just go to >Project Settings >Customer Notifications >Click Edit on the "Customer Invite" notification > At the bottom right of screen, uncheck Enable box. This will stop the invite from being sent and should be what you are after.
