"Add Service" option unavailable

Hello,

I'm a beginner in Jira Cloud. In System -> Advanced -> Services setting, I was supposed to see an "Add Service" button. However, as the screenshot below shows, there is no button to do that.My doubts are:

1) Is adding a service not available in Jira Cloud?

2) If that is the case, then how do I add rules in Jira Cloud that allow me to automatically set specific fields based on certain search criteria?

Can you say more about what kind of service you want to add? 

To your second question, there are a couple of ways to create rules.  You can start by going to Settings > Project > Automation.  If you can't do what you need with the built-in automation, there's also an Automation for Jira add-on that's very flexible.  And if your rules will be executed less than 300 times per month, you can use the Lite version.
