I have had problems when trying to configure the creation of tickets in my JSM portal natively, from an office 365 email.
I attach the error image here.
We can enter the mail and receive and send emails.
Please, I need your help urgently.

Can you confirm that this is not a shared mailbox and you are not accessing it in any other application?
If it is not a shared mailbox, verify the number of connections and increase it as that has caused problems in the past. Try changing the max connections for Outlook and follow the recommendations in JRASERVER-30688.
