The notification number on the bell gets cut off when viewing Jira in IE 11

Can't up load a pic for some reason. Anyway, on the side pane on the bottom where you can view your login - above that there is a small bell where in red a red dot numbers are  for the amount of issues - its an alert

that number is cut off when loading Jira in IE -11 - Shows up fine in Chrome
