The old view for opening tickets/issues is more helpful with more items to view on Screen. Especially when we want to Use fields such as Components / Labels / Participants Etc.,
The New View doesnt offer the most important fields that we use for our day to day activities. It's better to provide Jira-Administrators / Service Desk users with an option to revert the view for all tickets / issues rather than for every ticket. This should be part of theme or color scheme so that We get to pick the view rather than forcing this new view on everyone.
