move issues from one project to another setting the watchers once moved without automation

Hi guys, I'm trying to move issues from one project to another setting the watchers once moved without automation but seems to be no transition in any workflow for that. Is there any other way without using automation for this?

maybe you can use CSV import to update the issues after they are moved to the new project? Field Watchers should be available...

Are there any watchers in the issues now? Do you need to completely replace them? Or just add another users?

No CSV wont work as it is not for one time task should be available whenever they want to move a ticket from one project to another.

Ok... Is this new set of watchers still the same or not? How do you know, which watchers should be automatically set there? Thanks.
