move an support request to the bug queue | import existing bugs

Good day we have recently moved to JIRA SM Cloud 

how do we move open, unassigned task raised by our customers to the bug queue? 

 

also we have recently moved to JIRA and would like to know how to upload existing bugs into our service project

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to know more details about the Bug queue. 

Is it a queue on the Service Management project or would you like to move this type of request to a Jira Software project for the developers to work on it?

If you need to keep this on the Service Management project, you can bulk change the issue type to Bug and create a new Queue.

Do you mean Bugs created on another issue tracker or from another Jira Cloud or Server?

If that’s the case, you can import using CSV:

it's on Service Management and we would like to have a queue for external customers outside of our organization to send or "raise" the bugs for their attention

When using Service Management, it’s possible to allow people from outside of your organization to create tickets in the customer portal. 

The tickets created by customers will show on queues, but only internal licensed users will be able to view the queues unless you open the project to public access, then everyone on the internet will be able to see it.
