When this happens:
A particular email address is sending a lot of email to JIRA Service Desk inbox in a short period of time. The advanced mail loop detector will block emails from specific email addresses if more than the configured number of emails are received within 15 minutes.
How long will the address stay blocked for by default? Can this be altered?

When we add value on Message Threshold, the email will be blocked for 15 minutes after the threshold is reached.
I tested on my local site and the email was unblocked after this time, I counted and it's 15 minutes. It doesn’t show the exact time because it took a while until Jira received the email:
It's not possible to configure the time that it will be blocked.
