issuekey not in updatedBy(admin) does not work

I'm using the updatedBy() function and it works fine with a user name but it does not work with updatedBy(admin). I'm using the admin account to do automation updates but don't want to see those updates in my filter.

It turns out I don't have access to the Account I was using as the Actor in my automations. Therefor I can't filter on the account.
