One of our users reported a problem with the "Resolve" transition not being available for a specific issue.
I have checked the issue and it is true, some transitions are missing.
I've checked other issues in the same status that follow the same workflow steps, and I double-checked the conditions for the transitions and everything seems to be correct.
Any ideas on what can cause this to an issue and/or how to solve such a thing?
