how to translate transition label on customer portal

Dear all

I have personalized a Workflow on Jira Service Desk.

Now, I have translated status and I need to traslate also transition.

I was able to do that one month ago but now I am not able to find where I have translated them and I am wondering where the option is.

As the screen shows, I have successfully translated from EN to IT Risolvi il ticket but I did not find anymore where I can add italian translation for the other label.

There is a long and rich history to this topic.
Mostly from the Server days, though, when we had richer options for intervention.

The remnant is the feature request JRACLOUD-6798 .

For the record: I don't see an option to translate transition names at this time either.

I was wondering the same thing! I remember being able to translate these transition labels, but now it seems to have disappeared.

Is this still possible in Jira Cloud?
